SB 498 - This act amends the provision allowing a sales tax exemption for sales of aircraft to common carriers for storage or for use in interstate commerce and all sales made by or to not-for profit organizations in their civic or charitable functions and activities. Under current law not-for-profit organizations would receive this exemption only if the sale was made solely in their civic or charitable functions and activities. JASON ZAMKUS
