SCS/SJR 40 - The act preserves the right of Missouri citizens to harvest wild fish, bird and game without allowing for trespass on private property, the diminution of private rights, or compromising the authority of the conservation commission provided the commission shall not abolish the right to harvest wild bird, fish and game statewide.

The act is similar to SJR 8 (2005).
