SJR 41 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, allows all persons to be bailable, except for capital offenses and manufacturing or attempting to manufacture methamphetamine, when the proof is evident or the presumption is great. Currently, all persons, except for capital offenses, are bailable.
