SCS/SB 864 - Employees under an employment contract, except for a collective bargaining agreement who, without good case, voluntarily resign during their contract or become separated from employment upon expiration of the agreement shall be disqualified for waiting week credit or unemployment benefits. Lost in the Fifties v. Meece which held that a separation from work resulting from the expiration of an employment agreement is an involuntary separation from work, is rejected and abrogated.CHRIS HOGERTY
