Current Bill Summary

SB 1112 - This act provides that no claim of liability may be commenced or maintained against a product seller under any legal theory, unless the seller manufactured, produced, or designed the product, or unless the seller altered, modified, assembled, installed, or failed to maintain the product, in a manner that cause the claimant's harm.
