HB 1169 - Currently, the Secretary of State reserves a corporate name for an applicant's exclusive use for a 60-day period. This act extends that holding period to a maximum of 180 days from the date of the first application and prohibits the name from being placed back in a reserve status.CHRIS HOGERTY
