|
SB 69 - This act prohibits entities from conducting private investigations on farms to evaluate the origins of agricultural commodities or to enforce trade agreements or contracts associated with genetically-modified products without notifying the landowner and local law enforcement in advance. Anyone who violates this act shall be found guilty of trespassing and fined no less than $10,000 per violation. This act is similar to HB 1299 (2006). ERIKA JAQUES
