SB 474 - This act allows fuel retailers to mix or co-mingle biodiesel-blended fuel with conventional diesel fuel and mix or co-mingle fuel ethanol-blended gasoline with unblended gasoline and not be subject to any penalty, fine, or punishment.

This act is similar to HB 906 (2007).
