Current Bill Summary

SB 262 - This act requires cable television companies to issue credits to the accounts of subscribers for service disruptions that are not the fault of the subscriber. Subscribers are not required to notify the cable company of the service disruption in order to receive the credit. The amount of the credit shall be prorated based on the amount of time the service was disrupted.
