SJR 16 - Upon voter approval, this proposed constitutional amendment would authorize political subdivisions to submit to the qualified voters any ballot measure increasing or decreasing revenue without further statutory authorization, provided that laws in effect on the effective date of this amendment shall remain in effect unless later amended or repealed.
