HB 1426 - This act removes the provision that requires the Public Service Commission to annually study the economic impact of Section 392.410, RSMo, and submit a report to the General Assembly by the end of each calendar year. Section 392.410, RSMo, concerns the issuing of certificates of service authority for telecommunications service and limitations on the provision of telecommunications service by political subdivisions.

This act is similar to SB 928 (2008).
