SCS/HB 2065 - Current law allows out-of-state licensed psychologists reciprocity when the licensing state extends like privileges for reciprocal licensing as Missouri. This act removes this provision. Records of meritless claims against psychologists by sexually violent predators may be destroyed in certain circumstances. CHRIS HOGERTY
