HB 1532 - This act allows motorcycle headlamps to be wired to modulate either the upper beam or the lower beam from its maximum intensity to a lesser intensity. The standards for the

modulation are specified in the act.

The provision contained in this act is similar to, but not identical to, a provision contained in SS/SCS/SB 761 & 774 (section 307.100).
