SB 325 – This act authorizes any school board to enter into an agreement with the county in which the school district is located, or a city, town, or village that is wholly or partially located within the boundaries of the school district to acquire, construct, improve, extend, repair, remodel, or finance sites, buildings, facilities, furnishings, and equipment for the school district's educational purposes. An agreement may provide for the present or future acquisition of an ownership in the facilities, including joint ventures. This act is identical to a provision contained in HCS#2/SS/SB 291 (2009) and is similar to SB 1191 (2008), HB 1735 (2008).
