HCS/HBs 93 & 216 - This act exempts tractors used in tractor parades from certain width, length, height, and license plate display regulations provided the tractors are driven by licensed drivers during daylight hours only and with the approval of the superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The provisions in this act are similar to the ones contained in the perfected version of SB 58 and SB 293 (2009). This act contains an emergency clause. STEPHEN WITTE
