HB 861 - This act allows the Adjutant General to assign the number of assistant adjutants general that are authorized by National Guard Bureau rules and regulations rather than limiting the number to two. Such assistant adjutants general, if qualified, shall hold military rank as may be authorized and approved for the positions by the governor and the National Guard Bureau of the United States.
