SCS/HB 103 - Public safety agencies are allowed to enter into mutual-aid agreements with other public and private agencies for reciprocal emergency aid. The mutual-aid system shall be administered by the Department of Public Safety. Responders are deemed employees of the responding political subdivision or public safety agency and are subject to the liability and workers' compensation provisions provided to them as employees of their such subdivision or agency. The Elevator Safety Board is given the power to adopt a code of rules and regulations governing licenses of elevator mechanics and elevator contractors. CHRIS HOGERTY
