HCS/HB 909 - The act authorizes the Governor to convey state property in Cape Girardeau County to the State Highways and Transportation Commission. This act authorizes the Governor to convey state property in St. Louis City to Harris-Stowe University. This act authorizes the Governor to convey property and a permanent transmission easement for construction and maintenance of utilities to the state highways and transportation commission in St. Louis City.
