SB 413 - The Department of Social Services shall administer a grant for use by clinics in the Missouri free clinics association to increase their infrastructure and bolster their sustainability in order to serve a greater number of people in a more effective manner. For a one-time funding appropriation of $500,000 from the General Assembly, the Department shall disburse funds to the association, to be equitably and evenly distributed to all free clinics in this state, in accordance with applicable guidelines, policies, and requirements established by the department. This act is similar to a provision in SB 1283 (2008).
