SB 1020 - This act modifies the Hero at Home program. It expands the purpose of the program to include assisting returning national guard troops or reservists with finding work in situations where they return to employment that is no longer suitable. The act also eliminates the requirement that agencies that contract with the department of economic development to provide services through the program provide a twenty percent match to the program through their own expenditures. This act is similar to HB 2189 (2010).
