SB 604 - This act prohibits large users of water resources from unduly disrupting the normal irrigation activities of certain large farms. If such a disruption occurs in the Southeast Missouri Regional Water District, the Attorney General may seek an injunction. The act is identical to SB 556 (2009). ERIKA JAQUES |
