HB 1612 - Under current law, the board of trustees for a common sewer district located in Jackson and Cass counties consists of 8 members. This act increases the membership to 10 by adding 2 additional city mayors on the board. This act is identical to provisions in SB 874 (2010) and the perfected SB 791 (2010). ERIKA JAQUES
