HB 1270 - This act changes the name of the Crippled Children's Service within the Department of Health and Senior Services to the Children's Special Health Care Needs Service. This act also renames the Crippled Children's Service Fund as the Children's Special Health Care Needs Service Fund. The act also specifies that the services are for children who have a physical disability or special health care need rather than for children who are crippled. ADRIANE CROUSE
