HB 2317 - This act authorizes the Governor to convey the following state property located at the Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau County to the City of Cape Girardeau, as well as a permanent easement and a temporary construction easement. This act also authorizes the Governor to convey state property located at the Missouri Lottery Headquarters in Jefferson City to owners of certain private property for the purpose of vacating an easement.
