SB 275 - This act allows retirees who were public safety officers and who are part of the Missouri Local Government Employees' Retirement System (LAGERS) to authorize the LAGERS's board to deduct required health insurance or long-term care insurance premiums from the amount of their retirement benefit.

This act is similar to HB 360 (2011).
