SCS/SB 368 - Under current law, land survey duties under Chapter 60, RSMo, are performed by the Department of Natural Resources. This act transfers the duties to the Department of Agriculture. The act prohibits the Department of Agriculture from charging the Land Survey Program more than it charges any of its other programs when assessing costs to each program for supporting general department administrative functions.
