CCS/SS/HCS/HB 193 - This act establishes that the state will consist of eight congressional districts effective with the election for the 113th Congress. The current congressional districts will remain in effect for any elections to the 112th Congress. The act describes the congressional districts based on the results of the 2010 Census. EMILY KALMER
