HJR 29 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by voters, would require the state lottery commission to develop and begin selling a veterans lottery ticket by July 1, 2013. The net proceeds received from the sale of such tickets will be deposited in the Veterans' Commission Capital Improvements Trust Fund. This resolution is similar to SJR 18 (2011). JASON ZAMKUS
