HB 361 - This act establishes the Missouri Firearms Freedom Act, which declares that federal law does not apply to certain personal firearms stamped with the words "Made in Missouri", firearm accessories, and ammunition manufactured in Missouri.

In addition, it is declared that imported accessories, basic materials, generic, and insignificant parts attached to, or used in making, such firearms, accessories, and ammunition do not make them subject to federal law.

The act does not apply to firearms made for multiple person use; machine guns; firearms that use smokeless powder, not black powder, and have a bore diameter greater than one-half inch; or ammunition with a projectile that explodes using an explosion of chemical energy after the projectile leaves the firearm.
