HB 68 - The act prohibits a political subdivision from assessing a fine or penalty on the owner of a pay phone or the owner of property upon which a pay phone is located for calls made to 911 from the pay phone. The act is similar to HB 1372 (2010), HB 1770 (2010), HCS/HB 495 (2009), HB 878 (2009), and HB 2269 (2008). ERIKA JAQUES
