SJR 18 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by voters, would require the state lottery commission to develop and begin selling a veterans lottery ticket by July 1, 2013. Moneys received from the sale of such tickets will be deposited in the Veterans' Commission Capital Improvements Trust Fund. JASON ZAMKUS
