SCS/SB 357 - This act classifies hydroelectric power generating equipment as utility, industrial, commercial, railroad and other real property and modifies the enhanced enterprise zone program definition of the term "blighted area" to include areas that are an unutilized or underutilized source for renewable energy generation.
