SB 793 - This act requires that 32 percent of the money from the sale of lottery tickets be appropriated to education, with 27 percent to general education and five percent to early childhood development. The act also modifies how money from the Gaming Commission Fund is allocated. This act increases the amount of specified funding for the Missouri National Guard Trust Fund from four million dollars to seven million five hundred thousand, removes the specific funding for the Early Childhood Development, Education and Care fund from this fund, and provides the net proceeds of the fund remaining after distribution to the specified funds go the Veterans' Commission Capital Improvement Fund.
