SB 904 - A licensed, outpatient only ambulatory surgical center shall be permitted to operate under the license of a hospital that owns and operates it so long as the ambulatory surgical center continues to meet all the rules and regulations governing ambulatory surgical centers. The Department of Health and Senior Services shall continue to inspect, survey, and require the same general design and construction standards for ambulatory surgical centers for the outpatient only ambulatory surgical center operating under the license of a hospital under this act.ADRIANE CROUSE
