HCS/HB 1644 - Currently, after receiving an initial license and one license renewal the licensing renewal period for gambling boat operators is every two years. This act changes the license renewal period to every four years. This act also modifies the licensing period from every year to every two years for a person who has an occupational license to work in certain jobs within a gambling boat and for a person who supplies gambling equipment.
