SS/SCS/HB 1820 - This act authorizes the Governor to convey several pieces of real property to various entities. The act also authorizes the Governor to transfer several other pieces of real estate located throughout the state of Missouri to the State Highways and Transportation Commission. Several of these provisions are also contained in the perfected version of SB 665 (2012). The act contains an emergency clause. STEPHEN WITTE
