SB 781 - This act requires the Taney County Commission, upon voter approval of a county sales tax for central dispatching of emergency services, to appoint a seven-member board to administer the funds and oversee the provision of emergency services. The board shall include the heads or a designee of the county's fire protection and ambulance districts, the sheriff or a designee, the head or a designee of any police departments in the county, and the head or a designee of the county's emergency management organizations.
