SB 471 - The Children in Crisis Tax Credit program currently provides an income tax credit for contributions to child advocacy centers, crisis care centers, and entities that receive funding from the Court-Appointed Special Advocate Fund. This act extends the sunset on this tax credit program from August 28, 2012 to August 28, 2018. This act is identical to HB 1152 (2012), HB 1993 (2012), and HB 958 (2011) and similar to a provision contained in SCS/HCS/HBs 1278 & 1152 (2012), SS/SCS/HCS/HB 1865 (2012), SCS/SB 548 (2012), and HCS/SCS/SB 748 (2012).
