SB 264 - This act allows owners of individual parcels in a residential subdivision to file one petition seeking to have their subdivision excluded from a fire protection district.

The petition must be signed by every owner of a parcel in the subdivision and include a statement from a fire department, organization, or association that it will provide fire protection service upon an order of the court excluding the subdivision from the district.
