SB 387 - Currently, the film production tax credit is capped at $4.5 million per calendar year. This act reduces the cap to $3.5 million per year, beginning with 2014. The sunset on the tax credit is extended from November 28, 2013 to December 31, 2018.

This act is similar to a provision in HB 698 (2013).
