SB 427 - This act restricts the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education from creating a report or publication related to the Missouri School Improvement Program that includes the data of any children in facilities serving neglected children or delinquent children in a district's aggregate scores unless the Department creates an annotation with the data collected only from the district's regularly enrolled students and an explanation.

This act is identical to SB 737 (2012).
