SB 433 - This act bars state contract recipients from making campaign contributions to the candidate committees of General Assembly members, statewide elected officials and the candidate committees of such candidates for such office from the time of receipt of any contract and until two years after completion of any such contract. Persons making such contributions shall be prohibited from receiving state contracts for two years.
