HCR 19 - This resolution supports increased acquisition and delivery of North American oil resources for domestic refining. This resolution urges Congress to support increased delivery of oil from Canada to the U.S., urges the President to continue to support increased importation of oil from the Bakken formation, and urges U.S. Secretary of State to approve the Keystone XL pipeline project.

This resolution is similar to SCR 7 (2013).
