HCR 28 - This resolution urges the Department of Defense to reconsider the reduction and realignment of Army forces at fort Leonard Wood which is proposed in the Programmatic Environmental Assessment for Army 2020 Force Structure Realignment. The resolution also urges the continuation and full operation of this installation. This resolution is identical to SCR 13 (2013).
