HCS/HB 656 - Under current law, the Supervisor of Parking Meters in the City of St. Louis must supervise a parking enforcement division and a parking meter division. This act provides that the supervisor only has to supervise a parking division. This act provides that revenues derived from the parking division rather than employees of the Supervisor of Parking be deposited in the parking meter fund. Current law also provides that the director of the parking meter operations serves on the Parking Commission. This act provides that the director of parking operations serves on the commission.
