Current Bill Summary

SB 212 - Currently, members of the Missouri State Board of Chiropractic Examiners are not held personally liable for acts committed in performance of official duties as board members, except in cases of gross negligence. This act repeals the gross negligence exception.

This act is similar to provisions contained in HB 488 (2013), CCS 2/HCS/SB 330 (2013), and HB 1951 (2012).
