SB 354 - This act bans merchants from charging surcharge fees to customers who elect to pay by credit or debit card if the merchant accepts payment by credit or debit card. Any person or merchant that willfully and knowingly violates this act is guilty of a Class D felony and subject to unlawful merchandising penalties.
