SJR 32 - This proposed constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, would allow the Senate to remove the Commissioner of Education by adopting a resolution by a two-thirds vote. Any commissioner who is removed could not be reappointed by the State Board of Education unless the Senate allowed such reappointment by the adoption of a resolution by a two-thirds vote.
