SB 791 - This act exempts sales of motorcycles in Jackson and Platte counties from the prohibition of motor vehicles sales on Sundays. Dealers of motorcycles in Jackson and Platte counties would not be subject to criminal penalties for selling motorcycles on a Sunday.
