Current Bill Summary

SB 837 - Currently, a self-service storage facility operator may conduct the sale of personal items within the storage facility after certain conditions are met, including an advertisement seven days before the sale that lists the time, place, and terms of sale. This act also requires that the advertisement list the occupant's name.

This act is similar to a provision contained in HB 1225 (2014).
